Comnview for AI agents

Let Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor or another AI agent work through your clients’ feedback: read the pinned comments, reply, resolve, and upload new versions, as you. It needs Comnview Pro or Business (the 7-day trial counts).

What an agent can do

Find your projects and your team’s.
List a project’s comments in pin order, and open one with what its pin points at: the text under it on a PDF page, a crop of the picture, or the element on the webpage. Pencil marks too.
Download the file, a page or an earlier version.
Reply to comments, resolve and reopen threads, and edit its own comments.
Upload a corrected file as a new version, replace one page or slide, or start a new project (this needs an agent with a terminal, such as Claude Code).

Replies are posted as you, and your clients get the usual email. Most agents ask you before they post, resolve or upload. Comments are treated as feedback on the work, never as instructions to the agent.

Connect Claude Code

Run this in a terminal:

claude mcp add --transport http comnview https://comnview.com/mcp && claude mcp login comnview

Your browser opens comnview.com: sign in with your Comnview account and choose Allow. No token to copy. Added it before? Type /mcp in Claude Code and choose Authenticate.

Connect ChatGPT, claude.ai or another app

Add a custom connector with this address, and choose OAuth if the app asks how to sign in:

The app opens comnview.com the same way: sign in and allow it. In ChatGPT, custom connectors need developer mode. Apps without a terminal can read, reply and resolve; uploading a new version needs Claude Code or another agent with a terminal.

Cursor, Codex and other agents

Agents that can’t sign in use a token. In Profile › Agents, choose New token, pick what it may do and how long it works, and copy the line it shows for your agent. Tokens are shown once.

It can open the same projects you can: your own, your team’s, and others’ you have the link to (not ones with a password).

Disconnect or revoke

In Profile › Agents, Disconnect an app or Revoke a token. It stops at its next call. Signing out of comnview.com doesn’t disconnect an app; deleting your account removes everything.

Questions

Who sees that an agent replied? Replies look like yours. In Profile you can name the agent (“Agent” by default) and have its replies show “via Agent” after your name. On Pro and Business, people on the project see the agent at work while it’s there.
