Refund Policy
Last updated:
1. Try before you pay
Every new account gets all Pro features free for 7 days, with no payment card. Nothing is charged when the trial ends; the account simply moves to the Free plan. So you can see whether Comnview fits your work before paying anything.
2. Full refund within 14 days
- New subscription: if you ask within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, you get the whole payment back.
- Upgrade: the extra amount charged for moving to a bigger plan is refundable within 14 days of the upgrade.
- Renewal: if a subscription renewed and you haven’t used the paid plan since, you can get the renewal back within 14 days of it. Using it means, for example, creating links or adding slides beyond the Free limits.
3. After 14 days
Payments older than 14 days are not refunded, including the unused part of a period. You can cancel any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. If we close your account without it being your fault, or can’t provide the service you paid for, we refund the unused part.
4. How to ask for a refund
Write to support@comnview.com from your account’s email address, reply to your payment receipt, or look up your order at paddle.net. Paid plans are sold by Paddle as merchant of record, so it processes the refund. The money goes back to the payment method you used, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Once refunded, the account moves to the Free plan; everything you made stays.
5. Business plans
Business plans are agreed individually; refunds follow what we agreed with you.
6. Your rights as a consumer
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you can withdraw from a paid plan within 14 days of buying it; the full refund above covers that. This policy doesn’t limit any other right the law gives you. See also our Terms of Service.
